The Survey and Land Registration Bureau - Bahrain
-
The Survey and Land Registration Bureau, Bahrain office is a beautiful 12 storey government office building.
The lighting control / energy management system at Survey and Land Registration Bureau office in Bahrain consists of several lighting control panels distributed among the floors. Each floor has panels containing switching and dimming control modules depending on the design requirements. There are four control panels in the intermediate floors. The lighting control plates in the floors are connected to these control panels via control cables.
The system is programmed to control light circuit and/or group of light circuits as per design requirements. The system controllers also have built-in software programmable timers. The lights are programmed to switch ON and OFF at required times. All the lighting circuits are controllable via centralized control software also.
There are stand alone sensors in store, pantry etc areas in each floor. These sensors are programmed to switch on light on sensing motion and switch off when no motion is sensed for a preset time delay.
The emergency stairs also have motion sensors. These are programmed to switch on the lights of all floor emergency stairs in case any one of the sensors senses a motion.
The common areas are all switching controlled with certain conference and meeting rooms with dimming control. The external façade lights are programmed to be switched based on the external light and timer (which ever activates first based on external light) via a lux level sensor in the system.
